Seller paid return shipping when "Label to be paid by"="Customer" ??
We tried raising Safe-T-Claim, but it was denied for no reason
These were customer discretionary returns and therefore "Label to be paid by" is "Customer"
However when looking at the transactions, the customer was never debited for the return shipping:
