I’m a newbe, I opened this “Handmade” account right at a month ago. The registration forms said to go ahead and pay the $39.95 for the upgrade to “Professional” and contact the help people to get a refund - so I did. The people that handle case issues thanked me for my patience each time I contacted them about the issue, for over three weeks and then closed the case for “inactivity.”
Right off the bat I get stiffed for 40 bucks so I’m not so sure about how they would handle a situation that involved more serious money should it occur. I’m also wondering if they are going to charge me the 40 bucks again. At my profit margin I have to make three sales to get that money back and I have yet to make an Amazon sale. I’m pretty sure it’s not my product as I opened an Etsy store at the same time I opened this Amazon store and I have made Etsy sales.
I’m thinking I should close this account before they charge me for next month as well. No communication, no help and my stuff is not selling. I’m just a retired guy on social security trying to make a little money but I’m rethinking this whole Amazon thing. Any advise from the guys that have been around for a while.
