Read onlyWe had a lady cancel her order (per her request) before we shipped her order. So she leaves this 1 star review of our Amazon store SwissLuxury "please cancel order. thought they were larger" By Terry M. on January 7, 2025. If anything this would be a product review not our store review but of course she never even received a product or anything else from us. Per Amazon policy thought this review should be removed?? Of course we opened a case and that was a complete waste of time.............since we don't solicit reviews the only ones we get are from unhappy folks (Our other recent 1 star was by a customer that had their shipment lost by the PO of course we refunded it but he was still upset and left us negative) Anyway, now our performance ratio is bad enough that Amazon has kicked us off featured listings. After 15 years of selling on this platform this is how they want to treat us???
Well, there was this mod-created thread of a few months back - authored by @SEAmod- to help sellers in just such an predicament. But since Susan is no longer here, the thread seems to be dying a slow death.

Wouldn't it be nice if another mod would take up that mantle and intervene on a seller's behalf in these cases?
