I can't trust Amazon as a seller anymore.....

Hello everyone, my friends.

I have been selling on Amazon for a year. However, my account was suspended six months ago without any valid reason, prior warning, or customer complaints. Later, I was asked to submit documents and complete verification processes. Despite complying with these requests multiple times, my account was never reinstated.

Amazon has shown no interest in my concerns. They do not take a solution-oriented approach and fail to value their sellers. Eventually, they permanently disabled my account, resulting in the loss of all my products. For the past six months, I have been unable to sell anything on Amazon, causing me significant financial damage.

To this day, I have not been able to reach a serious point of contact, and they continue to ignore my issue without providing any solution. The reason they provided was a suspicion that my products might be counterfeit. However, despite my repeated explanations and presentation of all necessary evidence, they refused to resolve the situation. Friends became suspicious on their own and are closing the account. How could this be? In other words, closing an account due to suspicion... This is not a safe situation for a seller. I think that we, the sellers, never have account security on Amazon's sales platform.

That is true.

But in your specific case you could have avoided your situation by READING this forum for 2-3 days. Daily account suspensions for the same reason like your's: authenticity. And we always tell the same thing: For selling brands you need:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.

Without both Amazon will confiscate products and money and deactivate the seller account forever. Hopefully some newbies may read this thread before just jumping in without having educated themselves.
