Help Needed

Hi Everyone.

Actually my Account got Suspended as Amazon suspected that i am selling inauthentic products but i was not .Then Amazon Asked me to Submit Invoices or Receipt. As I Sourced the Products Directly from Brand In Wholesale Price and Also got Permission on Email to Sell On Amazon. But When I Placed the Order. I Gave My Billing address which matches with Amazon Account But they Change the Billing address same as shipping due to Anti-Theft Claim of theirs and now the Order confirmation have Shipping address and same is Billing address. I Contact Brand to Change the Billing address that matches with Amazon Address but they Said Shopify Don't Allow that and also don't provide pdf invoices. So what should I Do I Also Provided Email Communication with Brand of not Allowing me to Change Billing address but Still Amazon Rejected My Appeal.

You are going to have to PROVE to Amazon that YOU own both locations. When I set up Brand Registry I had to supply copies of my multiple LLC registrations because I manufacture under one LLC and sell on Amazon under a different LLC. The documents were copies of my state LLC registrations showing my name as owning both.

The MORE troubling part is this though --

" I Contact Brand to Change the Billing address that matches with Amazon Address but they Said Shopify Don't Allow that and also don't provide pdf invoices."

If you purchased from a public facing Shopify store it's 99% likely you did NOT buy 'wholesale". Did you have to provide them with your tax exempt number and business license? If not, your 'invoice' probably shows you paid sales tax and is not a wholesale purchase as a result.
