my seller account being deactivated due to multiple seller accounts, and one of them (sub account) being deactivated, now the other account (main account) also being deactivated.
due to this situation, i have transferred all share of the sub account to the partner at no cost, and I only operating the main account. however, i'm trying to appeal by the share transfer document, and agreement. Amazon still reject my appeal. can help to let me know what should I do for next step?
You need to resolve the issues with the account that got deactivated. Divesting yourself of it won't fix anything. Amazon will still consider them linked (appropriately, since you refer to the other account as now belonging to your "partner").
"i have transferred all share of the sub account to the partner at no cost, and I only operating the main account. "
Pay attention to what @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwtold you, even though it may be too late to help!
Since it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to sell or transfer ownership of an Amazon account (unless it is structured as a corporation with a Board of Directors that will outlive any individuals involved) BOTH you and the former partner are going to have DEAD accounts shortly if not already.
Hello @Seller_9g7IJdn1PChBI,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
Wanted to thank @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, and @Topher_Amazon for reaching out on the situation.

As noted by the community transfer or sale of the account after this type of deactivation will not validate a proper separation. Regardless of prior contracts with individuals, the transfer of an account violates our policy and those individuals will need to have their own account.
If we have identified an association with another one of your accounts, even with separate registration information, you will be required to address the original issue on the associated account as the required documentation will not exist to proper separate each other from the situation.
Per our code of conduct - multiple account policy you are allowed multiple account if they meet all requirements, however you are still required to maintain them in a healthy status, regardless of how they were established or registered, they are still connected.
Why exactly was the other account deactivated? Can you post the original performance notification from that account?
The response you received on this case also corresponds with the information provided above, we will require that the store "MAHA YOGI" has first been reinstated. At this time this is the only path to reinstate this account.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
