Your account is at risk of deactivation, A critical event has occurred with your account that has caused it to be at risk of deactivation

I have a few orders that hasn't been shipped and wouldn't be by the delivery timeline set by Amazon due to an unexpected medical emergency I had over the last week. How can I avoid a deactivation? I will be out of the hospital tomorrow. I just started within the last month.

"I just started within the last month."

Start reading the Forum and studying Seller U.

Amazon doesn't care if you are on your death bed, they expect things to ship.

One of the most important tools sellers have if they don't have trained and capable staff to ship things is VACATION MODE.

If you are ever unable to do something have a family member trained to go in a put your account there.

"How can I avoid a deactivation?"

Pray to whatever Gods or Goddesses you believe in. Amazon is a vengeful beast.
