Buyer received used item
Hello, recently I received a negative review as a buyer received a used item. I only send brand new items to FBA so I’m guessing that Amazon accidentally marked a return as new in box when it wasn’t and resold it. (I’ve gotten quite a few returns send back to me marked “unsellable” when it’s a brand new item sealed in packaging so I’m guessing the opposite can happen too) What should I do?
