My brand obtained trademark registration on December 31, 2019. A few weeks ago, hijackers created listing under one of my oldest ASINs on a daily basis.

All of these accounts are from China.

I've attempted to remove them using https://brandregistry.amazon.com/brand/report-a-violation, and within hours, they relist under a brand-new seller account. These seller accounts are entirely new, with no feedback, and they're selling kind of similar items.

I've made two purchases so far and have only received one item, which is completely different from what was advertised. I can provide images upon request.

It appears that whenever one hijacker account is removed, another immediately creates a listing. This seller seems to operate many seller accounts without issue, selling counterfeit items with shipping lead times of 3-4 weeks, allowing them enough time to collect money before disappearing.

After successfully removing them four times, they changed tactics.

Upon reporting for the fifth time, the seller removed the listing within an hour. However, the Complaint ID case remains in "under review" status. It seems they are attempting to avoid being blocked from my listing.

A new seller account created a listing shortly after closing the previous one.

MODs, I need your help to GATE my brand from unauthorized sellers.

I have a listing under my brand, wich is registered and enrolled in amazon brand registry, and today I found out that 2 chinesse seller just attached themselves to my listing as if they were also selling my brand, and I DO NOT sell my brand to anyone else. I tried to report them but the option "A product detail page is unlawfully using my trademark (e.g. in product title, product images, product description)." is not available, i do not know why.

So please if someone can help me and explain to me how to report them, because I don't know what are they selling and this affect my brand.

I want to report a seller who is selling my products on my listing page. They are on the buy box of my own brand registered product. Seeing as how I never gave this seller permission to sell my products or use my brand and I never sell my products in bulk. Shouldn't a drop shipper or any seller need permission from the brand/company to sell their products?

I want to make sure:

1) This seller is removed from my product listing

2) The products he sells are not being taken away from my inventory since the only inventory with my products on Amazon should be my own
