No easy pick up done for my 8 orders

I am new to Amazon. I have pack the order but the amazon has not pick my product the pick up boy has not yet reach to me im waiting for the pick up. My orders are cancelled. Please help me. My first 8 orders got cancelled and it is also impacting my Amazon health.
