Read onlyGood evening everyone,
I tried to ungate a brand but was not approved. I tried with my 1st invoice from a wholesaler and they said they can't verify my transaction. And then I tried with another invoice, this was bought from the distributor that was owned by the brand owner. They said that I used old information, did not provide a new one which I did. I tried 2 more times and still getting declined saying they can't verify my transaction and my invoice must be original and unaltered. Is there a way to contact a person working in this department?
My case IDs 17361504161,17375360641 if any mod can help to take a deeper look.
Thank you in advanced.
A few basic questions:
What are you trying to sell?
Where did you source it? When you say "distributor owned by the brand owner", are you saying that you set up a wholesale account (providing your business license and tax#) with the brand? Or are you saying you bought from their public facing retail website?
Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
Ungating does NOT mean that you are allowed to sell it on Amazon. Do you know this? If you READ this answer and want to know what you need to be allowed to sell a brand on Amazon I will be pleased to tell you.
Hi there @Seller_JcBdSwNz87Vqu,
I'm sorry you have had difficulties with your application to sell products requiring approval. In general Amazon isn't able to provide specific details into why your document is not being accepted. It is recommended that you reach out to the distributor to review and work to determine why the document is being flagged as not acceptable. You can review the general requirements for invoices for additional insights. Thank you for your understanding.
