Our Handling Time set at 4 days.
But Amazon product details page show the delivery date is 2 days
This is only the case for individual ASINs.
Why does this happen?

There have been dozens of reports about AMAZON changing the shipping time AGAIN without notifying sellers that they did it.
Have you gone in and verified that your settings still show 4 days?
On the OTHER Forum where sellers ask (other) sellers questions there has been an active discussion about Amazon making such changes.
Other forum? That sounds very useful. Does anyone have a link to it?
I just had this happen to me as well. Somehow, my handling time was set to "0" days by the NEW automated handling time. By default, my handling time is two days. I would never set this to 0 through conscious choice. Anyway, I ended up getting flagged for a late shipment, even though I shipped in about 26 hours, but still not within the Amazon manipulated "0" day handling, and since I do almost no direct shipping (I am 99.9% FBA) I ended up with a 33.3% late shipping rating because I only had a few direct shipments recently, and the health of my site was compromised.
After multiple calls to Amazon (where NOBODY would undo the bad rating), I found that I had not set a default handling time for the specific ASIN. It had a grayed-in '5', so I set it to "2." However, the note for the line was that this field was for cases where you needed more time than the standard 1-2 days handling, which is why I likely did not fill in the field in the first place.
OK, that was my rant, but not sure why things like this would just be changed behind the scenes. I can't even imagine what you went through if you were getting multiple orders a day where your settings were changed without you even knowing, where you would have multiple late shipping notices, and this would eventually lead to lower sales volume because Amazon would start hiding your listings, plus it could lead to site deactivation. What a headache for something that was never asked for.
Greetings,
Glad to see you were able to turn off the Automatic Handling time, hopefully resolving the issue! If you're able, I recommend posting the reply as the Solution of the thread (via the three dots in the upper right corner of the reply), as this may help future sellers with the same question!

I go to settings & check my Shipping dates & delivery times daily as this has happened our account a few times.
@Bryce_Amazon: this was not the issue, so should not be marked as the answer.
Note that we sellers have documented MULTIPLE issues with handling time (why can Amazon not figure this out or fix any of this??).
The default handling time changing, particularly for people with automation enabled, is an issue, but since it can no longer result in 2 day shipping (why? in what world is 2-day shipping not fast enough for a DEFAULT? And why can Amazon sell items with <2-day shipping, ship in more time than that, and not have their account suspended??), it obviously can't apply here.
After Amazon biffed that goat, they made more changes, in which some sellers with extended, ASIN-level lead times (likely the OP's status) has random (but not all) ASINs stepped on without warning. We suffered this on a handful of listings, with negative consequences and a "oh, that's too bad" from support, and as it is still happening, the only solution is (insanely) to chronically check each of your listings daily to see where Amazon silently stepped on your data and trashed your metrics. [This has actually been suggested as a solution by support to multiple issues over the years.]
There are other issues, such as weekend/holiday orders losing a shipping day without the docs being updated accordingly. But since Amazon doesn't care, and won't even admit to the simplest of math, reexplaining here is a waste of ASCII.
Rather than coming here and pointing out presumed operator error, how about you tell your superiors to fix the d*mn site? Or at least stop telling us how much you care, as your (in)actions imply otherwise.
