All reviews disappeared!
Yesterday afternoon, all of the reviews for my top selling ASIN (across 7 child variants) disappeared. I am brand registered, and I’ve been selling this product for a year.
Over 100 reviews (including about 75 Vine reviews) Just completely disappeared. Now the product says 13 global ratings and 0 customer reviews.
I opened a case, and no one has replied yet.
Obviously this is business critical and killed my conversions, which will quickly tank my sales velocity.
Please help!

Check if listing was hijacked by Chinese sellers. Usually , they create child variations of the product, get insider help from Amazon China employees getting bribes and your hard work goes down the drain... 20+ years seller here.

Maybe this might help. I have bought on Amazon since it started and I have never used a review to help me purchase an item. Sometimes, I look at some for some chuckles. Reviewers get reviews mixed up with feedback and their individual purchase. Some show their ignorance and think the 3 Oz. Item is too small... just 3 ounces..... hopefully, your situation resolves.

I just reviewed your Case 16229304481 and I am pleased to see that your issue has been resolved. It appears we performed an update of gl of the parent ASIN to gl_pet_products so that all the reviews will be shared among the ASINs.
