Hello,

I have not received any payments after June 20th. Amazon claims they sent payments on June 21st and June 25th. but I have not received anything till date. I asked them 3 days before also , I generally receive the Friday Payments by Monday but they told me to wait 5 days. After 5 days also nothing.I have checked with bank as well and they said everything ok from bank side. I have opened a case with Amazon with case id 15516421221. I am really stuck as cannot make any further payments to my vendors. I have like 6-8 payments stuck all acknowledged by Amazon .Need urgent help.

Dear amazon team

It is absolutely frustrating that amazon has made payment in Air, since we haven't received the payment from them this is such a major issue because i am facing payment crisis because of this, working on amazon is getting tougher day by day as a seller is not not receiving payments on time, they have asked us to wait for 6 weeks so that they can trace the payments, in the world like today where everything is transparent and digital they need 6 weeks to check for payment? After 6 weeks they came up with an answer that we have released the payments, however in our bank we haven't received the payment since May.

Please guide what an we do to fix this issue.

Have the sellers not paid yet? Haven't received the money after payment? All order payments are delayed, where did the money go?
