Negative pay me

I have sold a few products but it is not showing me my account level reserve balance. It is showing zero with a negative balance to be charge for shipping. I am confused and why am I not be paid ?

Have you already seen this page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G16261) on negative account balances? The short version is that a negative balance occurs if the amount of fees owed and refunds issued exceeds your sales during a settlement period.

The Payments Report provides a detailed summary of all credits and charges applied to your account.

Go to "Payments" - "Transaction View": there you see all the payments for sales and Amazon's charge.
