Read onlyAmazon has reserved my product inventory for half a month. I have opened a case for a week, but no one has helped me solve it. What should I do?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. There are a number of reasons why a product may be in reserved inventory. It may have been sidelined for additional research or in FC Transfer. Can you please provide me with the case id you created for this?
