Do buyer think Amazon is Stupid?
Every once in a while a customer opens a return waits a week then files a a to z claim. Do they think Amazon is stupid? I won every single one of these claims so fa. Do they think they can keep the item and get a refund. I have a customer who keep reopening a claim over and over for 3 months now and keeps getting denied

I'm just coming across this thread and so I wanted to check and see if you've been able to report this buyer through the Report Abuse link on your Account Health page?
