I was charged this month for Mexico and Brazil on my CC statement. Never happened before. Any feedback how this can happen?

Mx and Brazil are part of the unified account that includes US, CA MX and Brazil. What was the charge?

If there are any listings (active or inactive) on any of these marketplaces, then the monthly pro fee will be split among the marketplaces; if there is no balance to subtract from, it will be charged to your credit card. The total amount is still $39.99 (with minor fluctuations due to exchange rates), but it's still a hassle.
To prevent it, make sure that unwanted marketplaces are set to Vacation mode, and that there are no listings on those marketplaces.

I have been charged for Canada and Brazil more than four times in the last couple of months. My bank is closing my credit card each time because of the obvious fraud. I am also looking for feedback.
