Read onlyMy account is currently deactivated i believe it is because of having different addresses when i registered my account this happened because i had recently moved and i am new to amazon seller too. I have submitted documents with my updated address but they still won't activate my account please advise.
One of the first things to check is to see if you have a valid CHARGE CARD on the buyer side. Despite what Amazon claims, debit cards only work some of the time.
Then if you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
