One of our shipments, Shipment ID FBA1899WGVBW, was automatically closed after 90 days. We believe that this was closed in error since the 4230 Units units were delivered successfully.
We have the signed BOL and packing list.
Amazon Support is not very responsive. What can we do to resolve this issue?
