We have a product that we have been selling for nine years. We buy directly from the manufacturer and are the only licensed reseller of this product by the manufacturer. No other manufacturer makes this exact product. Our listing has been hijacked by a seller, and now we can not send in a new product. What are my options?

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to help. Can you please provide me with additional information on this? A seller also selling on the listing shouldn't stop another Seller from replenishing inventory. Did the listing change? Did you create a case with Seller Support? If so can you please provide me with the Case ID?

Same here. This soikoi is hijacking many of us.
same happened to me I don’t understand how they are doing it. They are not even an authorized dealer yet they Hi jacked an item that you have to be an authorized dealer to sell.
Same here, this Soikoi hijacked one of the listing we have.
Contacted Amazon, and Amazon asked us to contact the Brand owner. I was like what?? My listed brand name and contents changed by this Soikoi seller, & now I have to get authorized, provide invoices and such to sell my own product, that's ridiculous.
Lol at a handful of people immediately attesting to this company hijacking their brands and Amazon doing absolutely **** all.
