no response after completing video call

Hello

I have completed my video call verification at 10 of September

They had told me at the end of call that I will get an email in 2 3 days

I havent got any email yet from Amazon side

Only email I got after call is for feedback and acknowledging that I had completed my call

Any one had Idea how much time it takes?
