Items delivered 30 days ago to LBE1 and not checked in

I have three shipments sent to LBE1 that were delivered on 1/7/2025 and they have not been checked in yet. One shipment is FBA18QV3RNLB. Any idea how to contact Amazon and say, "Hey man, what gives?"
