Amazon stole my inventory worth 190k.

by Seller_wbj2FGHAF8QmJ

15 shipments that I sent to the FBA warehouse were lost, or the units were added to my inventory with missing units. I sent only 1 parcel in all shipment IDs and there was only 1 FNSKU product inside.

I applied for all lost shipments on the appropriate dates, that is, within the first 6 months.

However, Amazon did not respond to these cases for a long time or said that they did not receive the shipping box. But this was ridiculous. In some shipments, I sent, for example, 100 products in one box. 40 of them were transferred to my inventory, but 60 were lost. Amazon again refused to pay, saying that it had not received this cargo parcel.

However, in the later period, they admitted that they had received the cargo parcel. At first, they said that the cargo parcel had been received and was currently in transfer between warehouses. They were saying that an investigation would be initiated later and were demanding a purchase invoice and proof of delivery (POD). They claimed that the cargo parcel was never received after I sent the necessary documents. Afterwards, they did not respond to any cases.

They have not responded to any cases for 18-19 months.

I create a new case, they say they will respond within 24 hours. But they never answer.

I proved everything. I sent the POD document and purchase invoice for all shipments. (I supply all products from the manufacturer.)

Additionally, I send all shipments via DHL shipping company. All shipments have a POD document. It appears that these parcels have been delivered in the Amazon system.

However, Amazon never accepts payment. He is blatantly lying to avoid paying.

Even though I proved everything, they do not respond to cases in order not to pay. This is ridiculous. Amazon FBA is no longer reliable.

I think they stole these products from me and secretly sold them to customers. Many sellers have probably experienced this situation.

I think all sellers should unite collectively and sue Amazon. I am meeting with a large law firm regarding this issue. I will definitely not let this go until I collect the money I am entitled to from Amazon.

Below are all the necessary details for all shipments.

I would like a seller support specialist to review these and let me know.

Please review it as a seller and share your thoughts.

I applied on the appropriate date and the cases are still open.

Cases have been open for months and Amazon never responds to them.

When I create a new case, they say they will respond within 24 hours, but they never respond again.

I think Amazon is stealing these products.

Moreover, Jameson did not deal with this issue. @Jameson_Amazon

.

He said applications must be created within the first 9 months. However, I have already applied within 9 months. Case records are available, and these cases are still pending as "Pending Amazon Action".

They haven't responded for months.

They clearly stole my products, money and time.

Amazon should be ashamed.

You cannot solve these problems by locking the topics I opened. I created a topic twice, you locked both of them.

Please give me a realistic solution.
