I have 16 parcels lost in the FBA warehouse, 16 open cases, but Amazon never responds. My parcels were constantly lost in the FBA warehouse, but Amazon does not respond to any cases in order not to provide reimbursement. Could you please respond to the following cases as soon as possible?

In the meantime, can you please confirm with me that you have followed the steps listed on this help page to properly reconcile each of these shipments? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so.

Now, I have reached out to the escalation team again and provided them the additional information you have sent here, however, I cannot promise that the outcome will be different. They do not respond to any cases, normally cases were concluded within 1 month at most. Now I think this situation is intentional.
No case has been responded to for months, and when I create a new case, they say they will respond within 24 hours, but they never respond.

I appreciate your patience here.
The escalation team has confirmed that the final decisions for these shipments were previously provided within their respective cases. An additional investigation cannot be done since these shipments were delivered over 9 months ago.
This has been escalated to the highest possible authority regarding missing shipments. There is no opportunity for further investigation and there are no other steps available. I know this can be a frustrating situation, but we will not be able to reply about this issue moving forward.

I applied on the appropriate date. I applied for a review 2-3 months after the post. So I applied at the appropriate time. However, a very long time has passed since the shipments, as Amazon has not responded to the cases for 20 months. I'm not responsible for this. The party that does not respond to cases, or does not care about me, and does not want to solve my problems is Amazon.
The process took longer because Amazon did not respond to cases. Amazon is solely responsible for this.
