Not sure if anyone has gone through with this issue but this is not my first time having this issue with Amazon FBA.

I ship all my products through FBA, every now and then I’d receive NCX orders from customers complaining that the wrong product was sent to them, and the feedback given by the customers usually indicates that some weird products were sent to them instead of my products.

I have contacted Seller Support with details but they always come back saying they have done the bin check and everything is okay. But I don’t need a bin check for my future orders, I need to understand why the wrong product was sent.

Now the issue (wrong product was sent) was raised again by customers for many of my orders and I don’t know how to deal with it in a better way. This is impacting my business VERY negatively.

Anyone has any ideas?

hi looking for help. I’m new here on Amazon and recently sent my first product to FBA but it’s still not active. Then I approved for Amazon handmade and I wish I didn’t sent my product to FBA. Can I delete my product to avoid monthly fee? If yes will Amazon remove those products from warehouse? What will happen to them? Send back to me or charge me something?

Well it finally happened...I realized I sent in 50 wrongly barcode items to FBA. Doh! The shipment says it is currently be received. I'm assuming my only option is to wait for them to all come available and then create a removal order? Please let me know if there is another option I'm not aware of.

I told Amazon I was sending Item X. I sent item X but with Item Z's barcode. I assume that even though when they scan the box saying that it should be Item X, it will be entered that it is actually Item Z because of the wrong barcode and I should do the removal for Item Z even though it is actually Item X?
