I sent 30 qty X product for fba inventory. Boxes has been arrived to warehouse and now at receiving process. But today, i noticed that some may have been packaged with the wrong product contents. So in this case, all products need to be opened and checked. What do you recommend me to do in this situation?
Unfortunately, this is a fatal error.
Based on the time of your posting, I am assuming you are not in the United States (neither am I).
There is only one way to fix your inventory and that is with a removal order. However, removal orders are not possible if you are outside of the United States. You would have to work with a 3PL which makes the entire process not worth it.
If the wrong product contents hurts your business too much, I suggest disposing your inventory and sending in a new batch and making sure the product contents are correct.
