I won a patent lasuit against a competitor, is the internal team unable to read?

I recently won a patent infringement lawsuit against a malicious competitor

The competitor still went on Amazon and filed a patent infringement claim using this patent

I have sent the internal team a court order that I am not infringing on this patent

The internal team has rejected my claim 3 times with no response. My inventory has been stuck in Amazon for 3 weeks as I am trying to win the appeal. I'm literally going bankrupt/going out of business because Amazon will not accept the appeal. Need help ASAP
