Read onlyWe have an old case from March 2023 about missing items in our Inbound shipment.
We have provided Amazon with the necessary documents such as original invoices and proof of delivery but Amazon stopped responding to us after a few months of email exchanges. We created new cases but Amazon did not provide any resolution and ignored our follow-up emails.
We have several missing items from this shipment and we've working for almost a year to resolve this with Amazon
