hi! if i don't submit these documents to amazon, will it be okay? or not
Not.
If Amazon has requested this, you must comply. Or lose your ability to sell.
If your a 3P seller you really need to protect yourself with some general liability....
If you received an email from Amazon requesting Liability Insurance, I suggest you provide it as stated and required in the agreement you signed; if not, you risk your selling privileges being suspended.
Commercial Liability Insurance Policy
Under section 9 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, you must obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after exceeding USD 10,000 in gross proceeds in sales in one month on Amazon.com, or if otherwise requested by us.
Good Evening @Seller_SQBo43TC0FTkL - It looks like some of our seasoned sellers were able to provided guidance on your question around proof of liability insurance coverage.
If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. It's a best practice just in case another seller comes along and asks a similar question, it will be easy for them to find the answer.
