my kitchen knife suddenly got disabled after few days of launching and throwing many units to vine reviewers without specific reason. I checked the policies and the knife should be eligible to sell like many other sellers on the market.

uk_18 flag added , i tried to contact support but i did not receive any clear reason for it. i have stranded inventory now and don't know what to do.

My 16 asin suddenly showed unsellable on the 4th of December, showing:

No email notifications or performance notifications have been received, and there has been no impact on the account.

After contacting customer service, they said that there is no channel to appeal and no way to help us to refresh the status of asin.

These products are fully compliant with the requirements for selling knives on Amazon UK, including being new, in the correct category, using Amazon logistics and having the ‘uk-18-knife’ logo, but these 16 asins are still unavailable for sale.

We are urgently looking to the Amazon team to help us resolve this incident, 5 of these products have been sold on Amazon UK for 2 years and this incident has had a huge impact on us.

I've a problem with the product ASIN B07CVTYLYD on case ID 10659388852

This product has the same issue every year. Somebody on Amazon catalog team has change template background.

- This product is removed due to PCRP restrictions

- We have been selling bladed products under “Kitchen Knife” category before and after being invited into the UK Bladed Knife Pilot Programme for the Kitchen Knife category.

This is not a NEW procedure for us.

- We have acknowledged that these products are a bladed product which requires the "customer_restriction_type” attribute to be populated with "uk_18_knife".

- I’ve made a call to support seller a several time. The person who opened my case can see my attribute uk_18_knife from my upload file.. but when they sent the case to another team for fixing it, I’ve a genetic answer as “Kindly note that attribute has not been updated yet, Kindly update customer_restriction_type attribute with uk_18_knife for further review. “

I think this is the problem at your end, your system didn’t pull the value that I’ve attributed.

Can someone in your office please pass this to a senior team who can actually understand and fix these issues?
