How to get rid of a bullet point that is incorrect?
I have a listing which generates a LOT of sales. The bullet points are incorrect. The picture is correct.
Buyers sometimes complain, but for the last 3 years I haven't had any luck editing the bullet points.
I have submitted bullet point from the vendor and everything and NO LUCk.
HELp because now the listing is block

I wanted to reach out to you about this discussion post. I see that back on April 23rd, 2024 you opened a case with Selling Partner Support (CASE ID ending in 2791) and they were requesting you provide them with valid forms of documentation to help them understand why the bullet points needed to be updated on the ASIN. They did not end up hearing from you and closed out the case.
