Read onlyI cannot find the Seller Identity Verificastion for Amazon Australia, I can't find the page where I put in my information.
I'm totally stuck. I cannot get to the place where I can share information with Amazon. I've never seen the page that asks for my passport. Can somebody send me a link?
I've tried a different laptop, a different browser, I've tried different login accounts -

When I click on that link, I go to this page.
When I click on the only open case, it takes me to this message "Not a valid case':

I've been all over the Account Management page, nowhere does it prompt me to put in my SIV.

Connor from Amazon here, when you log in your seller account, and then switch your marketplace to the Australian one on the top left (where you see your business name - Grayl | Australia) --- click on the cog wheel on the right and then "Account Info" ; this will take you to the dashboard for the Australian marketplace.
From there you will be able to complete the SIV, but make sure you are logging in with your admin credentials.
