I have tried everything, reaching out to community-amazon, reporting the review and reaching out to brand registry to no avail.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently request the removal of a malicious, unverified review on my ASIN, for which I own the trademark under Apex Sports. Here are the relevant details:

This is strongly indicative of malicious intent, which is severely damaging to my product and brand.

As a small business owner, this is a crucial product launch for us under the Apex Sports trademark, and this fake review has caused an immediate halt in our sales. Given that this is a brand-new product, the malicious activity is threatening its future on the platform.

This review clearly violates Amazon’s Community Guidelines, specifically regarding the submission of fraudulent and misleading reviews. I kindly request that this issue be escalated to the Captive Team for immediate investigation and removal of the review.

Our ability to compete fairly in the marketplace is being compromised, and addressing this issue will help maintain the integrity of Amazon’s review system, which is critical for ensuring customer trust and fairness among sellers.

I have a 3 star review from an unverified customer, that says the person is 'none', and it is lowering my rating unfairly. I have contacted seller support of this issue and they say to use the report violation, which I have done multiple times without anything happening. Can anyone shed light on how I can deal with this, considering that it is obviously fake review.

We recently had an unknown individual leave three fake reviews (review by z98) across three different listings, all unverified purchases. Please tell me how these reviews can be removed, or do you have any suggestions for effectively combating fake reviews?
