I need urgent help with my listing please.
My ASIN has been deactivated due to incorrect classification of our product. Amazon claims that our item is classified as medical device that needs FDA's approval in order to sell but our item has nothing to do with any medical device. (It is just a plush toy)
I've opened a case and tried to correct the issue by editing detail page and images multiple times but seller support is keep replying with a message that they are not able to reactivate my ASIN. In any of our detail pages or product description or images claim illegal marketing that is related to medical issue.
It's very frustrating because Amazon support team is not giving us any details in terms to what is causing this issue and what we can do to correct the problem. Following message is what we get repeatedly and although we corrected and edited our detail pages and images (and let them know our changes), no help has been given to us.
"To reactivate your ASINs, remove all references to the prohibited content mentioned in the previous paragraph from the product detail page or images in your listing. Once this is done, you need to communicate the changes to us so they can be reviewed."
Can someone please give us an idea with what we can do to correct this issue?
Thank you.

@Danny_AmazonHey Danny, I'm reaching out to you because you have helped a case with same issue in the previous forum listing. I really need a help with same issue. Could you please take a look at our case?
Hello, @Seller_trfa9Gzxe1zo0,
Thank you for your post, I see you have a concern with a possible restricted product identification.
As you mentioned trying to update the listing to correct the issue, could you advise on what specifically you were trying to remove? You noted this was due to a medical device, if this is just a toy then somewhere in your listing or the product itself violates this policy.
Are you using any phrases related to medical devices, or medical diagnosis? I would recommend reviewing our medical device help page for more information on what we deem restricted.
If you are experiencing issues with trying to update your listing, you may want to look into our help pagesuggest changes to your product detail page, which may help updating your listing, alternatively, you may also be able to use an inventory file to push updates to your listing. You can learn more on how to do this with our build your inventory file help page.
So that myself and the community can continue assisting with your issues, I would suggest providing a little more information surrounding the product, listing details and the specific policy provided to you when the listing was removed.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
