The buyer left a product review in the seller's feedback
The buyer left a product review in the seller's feedback. And Amazon refuses to remove it.
I get a stock answer every time. We have reviewed our prior decision and determined that this feedback does not violate our policies.
According to the deletion rules, feedback is subject to deletion if the entire text of the product is a review.
Here is the comment in question: "Had to return left pedal didn’t install".
There are no words in the comment that characterize the quality of the seller's service. Is not it?
