Signed POD and Buyer Wins the A-Z Claim
We have a buyer that signed for a delivery but has claimed that they did not receive the item. Signing for a delivery is proof that the item has been received. We submitted this, but the bots that run the A-Z Claims still denied us and allowed the buyer to steal the item. Can I have a Mod looks at this and see if there is a way to reverse this? Did you use Amazon buy shipping? If not, you could have a video of you handing it the buyer and it still wouldn't count as delivered as per Amazon.

I have literally proved fraud on a $350 robot vaccum where they literally sent me the old model # and still lost my A to Z claim. Amazon is ruining its US based sellers. It's a breeding ground for scamming now.

still no answer from a MOD so I guess we got the answer on this. Buyers are allowed to steal from sellers and Amazon is also a guilt party in this theft as they are assisting them. .

If you have a signed delivery, and it was delivered on time, no matter if it is Amazon shipping or not, you will ultimately win. Amazon shipping is an automatic win, so it is better, but a signed delivery with your own shipping will still win in the end. Forget the A-Z claim though as that is overseen by idiots that just press the "refund customer" button.
You have to start a case and then go back and forth with them in the case and if you fight hard enough, and repeat yourself until your fingers bleed, then you should win.
