Read onlyI have received notification regarding my new drop shipping account that my account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's business solutions agreement
Why did this happen?
We took this measures due to your violation of Amazon's seller policy and sellers code of conduct and you voilation of Amazon's drop shipping policy
I have already submitted multiple appeals with detailed evidence but unfortunately unsuccessful.
Despite my efforts, the suspension remains in place, and I am experiencing significant disruption to my business. I am respectfully requesting a thorough review of my account and the provided documentation.
* What specific information is missing from my appeals? I am committed to providing any additional documentation necessary to prove my compliance with Amazon's policies.
* What steps can I take to reinstate my account? I am eager to cooperate fully and resolve this issue as quickly as possible
"I have received notification regarding my new drop shipping account"
How much did you vet the dropshipper that you are/were using? Some are OK while others are just massive gray market messes.
The policy is ALMOST clear but they do bury some information in there.
Apparently Amazon thinks dropping this sentence in their policy makes clear as to what are/might be required --
"Remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply to the: Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies."
In other words, you might need these ---
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?
The huge majority of dropshippers used here are only gray market and as Amazon tightens the screws even experienced dropshippers may get caught up in the mess Amazon creates here. NEW sellers are under a microscope.
