It sounds like you received a negative review from a vine reviewer, which you believe may be abusive. Vine reviews do operate under the same process as normal product reviews, in that you can report the review itself as abusive by using the button next to the review in question, you can report the profile of the reviewer if you believe any suspicious behavior is on display, and you can also reach out to community-help@amazon.com to highlight review situations which may depart from our Community Guidelines.
