Sudden loss of ranking
We were 37th best seller in handmade product but now we are removed from the listing and dramatically loss of ranking in handmade product. we did not make any changes in our listings.

What do you mean you were "removed" from the listing? Handmade is going through a reclassification- for the past two years. Many handmade items are loosing their ranking as listings are migrated over. I was 24 BS rank early last year and then boom gone.
