If you have multiple accounts, or if you are linked to another account, those accounts should not be selling in the same category; much less an identical product.

Are you asking about two different accounts owned by the same people and selling in the same market such as the US dot com site?
If so you can BUT both accounts will be suspended forever by doing so!
You are only allowed multiple accounts if they sell entirely different products and in entirely different categories.

And HOW would it be different IP if it is "THE SAME PRODUCT "? If it is the SAME it won't have 'different IP'.

Uh, that's a question you're asking here everyone doesn't know how to answer you, Amazon rules don't allow a person or group to open two stores unless you have two different ...... And you sell the same products, if the brand is also the same, it will be associated and the account will be stopped
