Product Document Upload Option Not Available - Moderators Help Needed

Hi, I'm trying to upload a product document for a listing. Amazon has moved the option of uploading Product Documents from Catalog tab to flat file as per this help page - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GZJNHR2M4GDNM3Q3
However, the flat files are NOT UPDATED with the "Safety & compliance or Compliance" columns/attribute. In the flat files, there's just no option to add product document's link. So, I've manually added the product document via edit details under "Compliance Media" in the Safety & Compliance tab. However, my product document is not reflecting on the detail page.
This asin has 3 skus and I updated the document on all skus, still no success.
I've created couple of cases in this regard but in vain. 15158502631 and 15269293631
Please look into this and fix asap.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your new document and it is not compliant as it makes medical claims that are not allowed. You can review the Prohibited Product Claims for Diseases page which will advise you of a few of the things that you cannot state, but this is not all inclusive. Your documents also have external links provided, which is not allowed and both documents need to be removed as this is a policy violation. You will also need to remove the first page of your COA on the detail page as it's providing your website and phone number, which is not allowed.
The information you are providing in the user guide is something that should be on the A+ content. Please update both of your documents so they are complaint and let me know when you have completed this.
