AWD Lost Inbound Inventory: Assistance Needed

AWD received our shipment STAR-UEYYZ2WYZYU5G adn now closed it with lost 6 boxes however they dont have any tool in the system to start investigation about lost boxes after closing as we can do with FBA shipments. Please advise how to start investigation for reimbursement wehave and provided Amazon with signed BOL that they picked up 40 boxes.
