Read onlyI am not sure how to handle this... All my products are new and authetic but I have never sent a copy to anyone about warranty. I am not the brand.
Buyer wrote,
I'm looking at buying a few of your items, but before I do, I wanted to know if you offer a warranty on all of your products? If you do offer one, would you please send me a copy?
Thanks!
If you're sourcing your products correctly, you'll be able to provide your buyers with warranty information, assuming they come with a warranty. Because you state you've never had to deal with this situation before, that suggests you're not sourcing correctly.
The proper way to source warranted products (or any product for that matter) is to have an written agreement with the brand owner that authorizes you to sell their branded products. You source your product either directly through them or one of their authorized distributors. Either will warranty the items you're selling, which you pass on to your buyer (AKA the end customer).
If you're purchasing your products through retail websites or any method other than the one described above, YOU are considered the end customer and the warranty ends with you. It can't be transferred to your buyer.
How are you sourcing the products you're selling and do they come with a warranty?
