Read onlyHello, I have an integration between Amazon and Printful, which is the supplier that will ship products (T-shirts are what I want to sell) to my customers, regarding obtaining a gtin exemption on Amazon, I cannot find the “Get Exemption” button when trying to add a product. So I have an important question: “First, do I need a gtin exemption for the “clothes, T-shirts” category? If yes, how will I do that? If I do not need an exemption, does that mean that I add my products automatically from the Printful control panel? Please respond from anyone who knows an answer. For my question
Hello @Seller_k7pnObeDyDeFg,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. A GTIN Exemption would be required should you not have a Product ID available to be added for your product. As per the List products that do not have a Product ID (UPC, EAN, JAN or ISBN) page, if you've tried adding your product and the system didn't prompt you to "Get Exemption", you will be able to continue to the next tab where you may be informed that you have been exempted to list without a product ID. I would recommend giving that a shot, and following up on this once you've tried that.
Regards,
