Product Review Left as Seller Feedback, Amazon Not Providing Me With Any Support
I have 2 seller reviews that are both entirely product reviews and 1 seller review that contained threats and vulgar language due to they buyer's package being lost by the carrier. I have opened various tickets and Amazon provides me with a canned response (doubt a human even looked at this). Aren't product reviews not supposed to be eligible for seller feedback? Also, do buyers even have a clue as to when they should contact a seller, leave a product review, or when to leave a seller review? or the criteria for each? This is a huge missing piece that Amazon seems to not care about that is continually negatively impacting sellers.

The fact that this inaccurate feedback has an impact on sellers and Amazon does not seem to care is extremely disheartening.
This buyer left a threat in the feedback provided because her order was lost by the carrier. Amazon refuses to remove it although there is threatening verbiage and vulgar phrases

Hi @Joey_AmazonI appreciate it. However I have listed the others that I have concerns about as well. I have a case that has had no update for almost 4 days now (17521235251). I have no idea why this takes this long to determine that this feedback is a product review. It has been almost 2 months since my original complaint, and several cases later, I'm still in the same boat. Cases are just lost in the ether, no replies, or just listed as work in progress.
Fun part about this case, when I tried to open it I was only given the Vietnamese language option. Luckily my wife is fluent, so I opened the case and Amazon told me that they don't support this language and to reopen a case in English.
Can this case please be looked into? I'm having a very hard time understanding why on earth this would take more than 5 minutes to solve, and here we are, two months later.
