Read onlyWe woke up to $21,613.44 in “adjustment” charges by UPS. 7 of these charges were made on labels that were never used and supposed to be refunded. We contacted seller support and are confident that they will fix this issue. It’s not pocket change, that is our livings that we earned.
I seem to recall another seller posting to the forum that UPS hit them with a $950ish charge. I think it ended up being a valid oversized charge.
Good luck! I’ve been trying to get reimbursed for less than $100 without any success. Amazon keeps directing me to UPS and when I contact UPS they direct me back to Amazon since we used buy shipping through Amazon’s UPS account #. Hopefully you used your own UPS account otherwise sadly this is a black hole.
