customer return delivered to to the wrong address with amazons ups label, customer is requesting a refund how should proceed? are return labels covered under amazon claims protection. looking for some advice on how to proceed.

I ship live insects. USPS is struggling and caused a dead-on-arrival order. I'd like to ship the customer another package now that temps are better and I found UPS to be reliable. How can I print a new label for the customer?
