Read only've opened a request on November 17th, 2019 and was told I should hear back after 30 days. It’s been well over 30 days and I’ve replied to the case 3 times requesting for an update but heard no response. So I contacted the Amazon Seller Partner Support who just tell me they’re not responsible and that they would forward my message to the team and should hear back after 3 days. Which I never did, contacted them again and asked for an email or phone to contact the team directly but was sent the same message.
So I would like to send a complaint about the team responsible in reviewing my application, how do I proceed? What is their email?
First, it was Christmas a very busy time of year for Amazon. Two, from your screen name you may not be able to sell on Amazon. Three, each time you reached out to Amazon you restarted the clock. Four, thirty business days.
Please be patient. You can’t call Amazon. They will call you (assuming you are paying the $39.99 each month for a Professional account).
I have been waiting for 11 months for my case to come to a conclusion. While I have access to PII currently, until the case is finally approved, I could be cut off at anytime. I am not aware of a way to speed the process or complain other than what you are doing.
