Account Suspended-Utility Bill

So Amazon suspended the account soon after creation and requested utility bill. Took me a couple of months to get one and then provided to Amazon but they said not enough!

Fine, send them 3 bills Jan20-Mar20 with evidence of payment from the bank, same reply.

All things are in order. Seller Support confirmed that my documents meet Amazon’s requirement but they could not open the account as only Seller Performance have that privilege.

I am at my wits end. I have contacted Jeff and I have written a letter as well.

What on Earth do I do?

Does the name and address on your utility bill match exactly what Amazon has for your name and address.

Did you send them in PDF? People have had problems with that. I would print them and then scan to JPG or PNG. Do not edit or redact any information. It must be all pages front and back.

This is not a matter for Jeff. This happens to thousands of sellers.

These are two different problems. So why would I connect them or even update. Fail to see why I should waste my energy on anything other than the problem at hand.

Also Amazon knows about my posts and they actually shifted this post from one page to another. If I was breaking any rules, it would have been taken down.

Appreciate your help but please stick to the issue at hand.

Did you add credit card or prepaid debit card to your charge method? Are you sure it is credit card?
