I have my account suspended from day one after sign up. I sent all requested documents to Seller Performance Team via email - no response. On August 13 I sent an appeal via Seller Central Site (Performance Notifications) and via email to <seller-performance@amazon.com> as well - no response. All documents attached of course.
How long it would take to check my mail? Is it usual situation to wait that long for any answer?
Any sugestion what else I can do? Calling Support Center doesn’t help as they are not dealing with Performance Team.

I have the exact same problem, i’m now looking into closing the account and reopening it. But not sure if thats allowed, so i’ll call them today to find out.
@Kori_Baskets, we need some more information from you to be able to help, but this does sound like the typical new Seller application review.
Please post any messages you have received from Amazon, in chronological order. Please also post any messages you have submitted, along with a list of what documents you submitted, in what format, and when.
Please do not use screenshots–please copy/paste.
Hopefully with more info, other Sellers here in the Forum can help you out.
When all else fails, I have found that the fastest way to get Amazon’s attention is via Twitter.

I’m not contributing anything new here, just watching the thread because I’ve been put on hold for 3 days only.
I am experiencing the same issues. Did you get a reply in the end? Everything leads to the same channel and I am receiving no response from anyone.
Does anyone else have any advice ?
Amazon support can run very slow sometimes. People are assuming 1-2 weeks, when in reality a review could potentially take a month or more.
Looks like identity confirmation stuff. That can take about a month from my experience. That’s once they get the info from you >>> then forward.
If you keep contacting them, it 100% just slows down the process. Send them what they want, and go from there. They’ll let you know if it satisfied what they needed or not.
Same case here. No reply from amazon at all, it’s been 40 days now since i received a message from amazon “We are still reviewing your account. We will send you an email when we finish the review”
Haven’t approached them repeatedly at all - they have all my time. But just letting you know there is no response and I don’t know when and if they are going to ever reply.
